Dear Mr. Edward,

I have recently a letter of Mr. Malvin the manager of East Coast Mall about the Christmas event that we would like to celebrate on December 25^th. We would like to celebrate our event at East Coast Mall.

        East Coast mall and our company have agreed that we will make our event more interesting by inventing artists such as Mike Mohede, Agnes Monica, Brandon, also Putri Ayu to sing some songs especially Christmas song.

        The ticket for each person is Rp100.000, 00. We also ask Gloria Pakuwon and Cita Hati’s students to participate our event by performing a drama about Christmas. Cita Hati and Gloria also help us to selling the tickets.

        The citizen of Surabaya hopes that we will make our event become spectacular and security maintained. Because many important people who also will attend the event, we hope that Mr. Edward can request polices to maintain safety and smooth traffic.
